Cool rooms in the valley heat.
Martinez repairs, installs and looks after heating and air conditioning for Burbank homes and the offices, studios and shops around them.
Three steps, every job.
We look
We find the fault, or measure the rooms for a new system.
We quote
In writing, with options, before anything is ordered or repaired.
We fix it
Then test it, clean up, and show you how it works.
For Burbank homes.
Magnolia Park bungalows, hillside houses and newer builds — many with a wall furnace, an old central system, or no cooling upstairs at all.
- AC, heat pump and furnace repair
- Ductless for bedrooms, offices and add-ons
- New systems sized with a load calculation
For Burbank businesses.
Offices and edit suites, small studios, shops and restaurants — where a warm room costs a working day.
- Rooftop and split-system repair
- Dedicated cooling for equipment rooms
- Maintenance plans with a report per unit
A Burbank heating and cooling company.
We're based on North Keystone Street and work across Burbank and the east Valley. We quote in writing before we start, we explain what we find, and we leave the house or office as we found it.

The name
"Color Studio" is part of our name, not a second trade. Martinez does heating, ventilation and air conditioning only.
Asked often.
Can you add air conditioning to a house with no ducts?
Yes. Ductless heat pumps need no ducts, only small refrigerant lines to each indoor head. They heat as well as cool.
How many ductless heads will I need?
Usually one per closed room you want to condition. Our ductless planner gives a starting point; a load calculation at your home sets the real sizes.
Do you quote before starting?
Always, in writing, with options where there are any. Nothing is ordered or repaired until you agree.
Do you work on offices and studios?
Yes. Rooftop and split systems, dedicated cooling for equipment rooms, and maintenance plans with a report per unit.
Is Martinez a painting or colour company?
No. Color Studio is part of our name. Martinez does heating, ventilation and air conditioning only.
